The Two Awards Left Belonged To Stonebwoy & Shatta Wale – Sefa Kai Reveals

Ace broadcaster, Kwame Sefa-Kayi and host of just ended VGMA has revealed on his show this morning on Peace FM that out of the two outstanding awards left at the VGMA (the Most Popular Song of the Year and the Artiste of the Year), one belongs to Stonebwoy and the other belongs to Shatta Wale, and that was why they decided not to announce it.

Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were engaged in an on-stage brawl after the VGMA Reggae/Dancehall Artist of the Year winner were announced.

Shatta Wale walked onto the stage with his entourage to allegedly congratulate Stonebwoy after he was named Dancehall Artiste of the Year. Shatta’s Fan, however, acted violently when Blakk Cedi,
Stonebwoys manager and the stage security tried to prevent them from getting on stage.

However, Stonebwoy saw Shatta Wale’s action as an attack hence his decision to pull out a gun. The show grounded to a halt after Wale and his entourage stormed the stage for reasons best known to them.

Organizers refused to announce the aforementioned awards to the winners, putting everyone in a state of anxiety for safety reasons.
Kwame Sefa Kayi, however, did not reveal the specific categories and the respective winners.
