Shock Jose Mourinho claims: He wanted to break Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger’s face – reports

When Mr Wenger criticises CFC and Man United over the deal with Mata…” said the former Chelsea chief, according to the Daily Mail.

“I will find him one day outside a football pitch and I will break his face.”

Mourinho’s stunning comments are said to have come during his second spell as Blues boss, shortly after he sold Juan Mata to Manchester United in the 2014 January transfer window.

Wenger was openly critical of the move, questioning the decision to sell a world class player to a direct rival.

What followed was a series of thinly-veiled digs between the pair, which culminated in Mourinho labelling his nemesis as “a specialist in failure”.

Not long after that is the Special One alleged to have revealed his desire to physically fight the Frenchman. It is the latest instalment to one of football’s most famous feuds.

All eyes will be on Old Trafford when the pair next go head-to-head in November
