Last night, the 2015 BET Awards held in Los Angeles with Ghanaian act, Stonebwoy winning the Best International Act: African award ahead of stars like Yemi Alade, Wizkid, Sarkodie and AKA.
Fuse ODG slammed BET Awards for not respecting African artiste. Nigeria’s Yemi Alade and Wizkid have also joined the crusade. Both artistes took to social media to take a swipe at organisers of the award. They complained about BET giving the Best International act award hours before the real show starts.

But I won’t be attending ur preshows and nominee parties if I’m getting the award at 10am before the main show. — Wizkid Ayo Balogun (@wizkidayo) June 29, 2015
Same reason I didn’t come back stage to pick up the award when I won the first time
